The client brought us into this project during the final phase to manage the project’s construction administration. During that time, we synthesized and updated existing drawings and developed all casework and millwork details for the home.

This apartment became a joyful journey of careful consideration over every detail. The marble veining in the kitchen was thoughtfully placed. The bedroom’s curtains were mounted in a hidden built-out pocket. The radiators under the windows are enclosed in cabinetry topped with custom-fitted seat cushions. Every inch of this apartment was joyfully designed through close collaboration with the client and skillfully crafted by capable builders. The resulting home is truly special.
