NYC Slice Shop Concept
This unbuilt concept explored a high-volume, fast-casual slice shop designed for the pace and density of Midtown Manhattan. The initial design and test fit focused on creating an efficient customer flow, a strong street presence, and a compact interior that could support rapid service without feeling purely utilitarian.
The concept balanced operational efficiency with a bold, recognizable identity—using material, lighting, signage, and layout to give a simple slice-shop format a more considered architectural presence.
